Jim began his musical career by singing in Church and School. He started studying Violin at a young age and has never stopped playing.

Jim is classically trained in Violin and Viola, and has expanded his interest to include Mandolin, and Hammered Dulcimer. His musical influences are Celtic, Bluegrass, Traditional, and Classical playing styles.
