Shoko Nagami is new to the peninsula and currently teaches 6-8 band at Burlingame Intermediate School. She specializes in woodwinds with saxophone as her primary instrument. Shoko is native to the east coast and graduated from Syracuse University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s of Music in Music Education and Saxophone Performance Honors. She then moved to California and obtained a Master’s of Music in Saxophone Performance at San Jose State University in 2021.
